Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Mama’s baklava. As a small-batch, made-to-order business, we take great care in preparing each order. Please review our return and exchange policy prior to placing your order.

Baklava Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our baklava, all food sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for baked goods once they have been picked up or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, damage during delivery, or a missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery by emailing. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.

Please note that we are not responsible for missed pickups or unsuccessful delivery attempts if no one is available at the scheduled time.

Merchandise Orders (Photo Prints, Hats, Stickers)

All merchandise pre-orders are made to order and non-refundable once production has begun. We kindly ask that you confirm all sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

We will accept returns or exchanges for merchandise only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • An incorrect item was received

If you experience either of these issues, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
